Hello!
Thank you for your regular news feeds. I have accumulated a lot of letters in October, hadn’t responded for a long time due to depression and feeling unwell. Last week I finally wrote all the answers, now I will be promptly answering all incoming messages. My case is being transferred to court, how long the hearings will be and in general about my immediate future I don’t really know anything. I’ve been behind bars for more than 7 months in the pre-trial detention center. Recently I received an interesting article (printout) about the Stalin and Khrushchev periods. Fresh Russian press is brought to the cell, sometimes I make clippings with materials on history and science («Komsomolka» [*Komsomolskaya Pravda] regularly prints something worthy of attention from its archive articles of past years, which is quite good).
Got a kick out of letters from researchers working at universities in Paris and the Netherlands, I’ll try to continue the correspondence with them. One message arrived last week from an emigrant from Montenegro. Lots of mail still comes from Russian cities. I’m expecting another journal. Thank you for your work and support!
