Hi! Thank you very much for the letters! On February 11, I received two of them at once. So I’m answering to both. Yes, I had a pretty good New Year, no complaints =) And finding something good in everything is a very useful ability. I more or less acquired it already in prison. But it really works.
As for morning exercises, I can say that I’ve been doing them since about the eighth grade (i.e. since about 2008-2009) with very short breaks. During this time, I’ve been in very different physical forms, I have lost weight, gained weight, started running and quit, went to the pool and was too lazy to do it, but morning exercises are a must. Of course, sometimes a hangover prevented it, but this is still an exception. And here in the pretrial detention center I also do them without fail, and since I have time, I have extended it to 20-25 minutes. Otherwise, I usually fit in 10-15 minutes.
I heard about the film about Maria Callas. I knew about Jacqueline Kennedy and Aristotle Onassis, but I didn’t know that he had dated Callas before. And, the scary thing is, I only recently found out that Callas is Greek! I knew about her for a long time, because I’m a big fan of opera.
