Hello!
Thanks for the interesting news. About brain decomposition. It is believed that in order to maintain a clear mind in old age, you need to train your brain, incl. solving crossword puzzles. I started doing it half an hour before bed. Also after 8pm I stop any strenuous, in the sense of effort-requiring, activity — I don’t write letters and don’t read laws. And so I fall asleep almost immediately as soon as my head touches the pillow. This didn’t happen on the outside, I think because it’s hard to tear yourself away from the computer.
About Korea — this is trash! Well, to think of issuing a decree on the abolition of ALL parties, parliament, rallies and all media under control! And what about the Korean people themselves?! Since 1987, these are the presidents they have been choosing in fair elections (since 1987, only two or three were not imprisoned or committed suicide) Before the elections, they seem like normal politicians and then they start acting weird? This is some kind of national peculiarity of Koreans. I have not heard of US presidents being sent to prison.
I just wrote a Sketch about sleep and there was «brain decomposition». Thank you.
And I have news — the trial has been postponed again and that’s good. All the best and hello to Charles. 05.12.2024
